Core beliefs

  • Coaching is the 'missing link' in learning. Indeed, it can be the 'velcro' that binds learning to application and transfer. Coaching speaks to the sustainability of learning in our organizations.
  • The most inspiring and powerful leaders are those who integrate 'head and heart', are aware of their impact on others, and who can maintain their resiliency in today's fast-paced workplaces.
  • Coaching helps us be better human 'beings', not better human 'doings'.

An experienced public presenter and speaker, Maureen provides training workshops on such topics as Coaching Skills for Leaders, Learning Styles, Reframing Team Dynamics, Taming Your Gremlin, and Be Your Own Coach.

Maureen is married, has two children, and loves traveling to beautiful places in the world. She enjoys photography, hiking and entertaining friends.

"Coaching is a powerful conduit to help people rekindle their passion and energy for their work and life."
