Private, application-only coaching for founders and senior operators. Built for the calls that don't fit neatly in a framework and can't be outsourced to a team.

What coaching addresses

• The decisions only you can make. Succession, scaling, partnerships, exits, rebuilds.
• The version of you leading the company. Leadership rarely breaks on strategy. It breaks on the leader — their pace, their patterns, what they carry home. Coaching works at that level.
• The life around the leadership. Faith, family, rhythms, relationships. The parts of your life that quietly determine how well you lead the public-facing ones.
• The next chapter you sense but can't name. When the current version of the company, the role, or the identity is ending and the next hasn't shown up yet, coaching holds that threshold with you.

Format

Engagements are typically six to twelve months. Every engagement begins with a private intake conversation with the Kairos team. Coaching is delivered by Josh Kosnick and select Kairos coaches, matched to fit.
