Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the kairoscoaching.com website, the Kairos CRM, program pages, contact forms, and enrollment for Bridge Builder Mastermind, EOS Implementation, one-on-one coaching, LQ Blueprint, and Book & Bourbon (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Kairos Coaching & Consulting, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

The Site provides information about our services, articles, podcast episodes, and forms to inquire about coaching, masterminds, program enrollment, speaking engagements, and related offerings. Purchases, enrollments, or engagements initiated through the Site are subject to separate agreements provided at the time of purchase or enrollment.

Certain services listed on this Site — including Bridge Builder Mastermind, EOS Implementation, Coaching, LQ Blueprint — are delivered by Kairos Coaching & Consulting, LLC under separate program-specific enrollment agreements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed program agreement, the signed program agreement controls for that program.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
• Use the Site to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers or networks connected to the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, articles, book excerpts, teaching frameworks (including the Five Bridges of Kairos and LQ Blueprint), podcast recordings, and software — is the property of Kairos Coaching & Consulting, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print content from the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the content and retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works, requires our prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kairos Coaching & Consulting, LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

6. User Submissions

If you submit inquiries, applications, comments, or other communications to us through the Site, you grant Kairos Coaching & Consulting, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process those submissions for the purpose of responding to you and operating our business. You represent that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, information, and services provided are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Any coaching, consulting, mastermind, EOS, or program content on the Site is educational and informational in nature. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Kairos Coaching & Consulting, LLC, its members, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kairos Coaching & Consulting, LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
